If you are located in Canada, we collect, use, and disclose personal information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws.
Consent and Your Choices
Where required by applicable law, we obtain your consent to collect, use, or disclose personal information. The form of consent may vary depending on the nature of the information and the circumstances. Marketing Communications
We will send commercial electronic messages to individuals in Canada only where permitted by applicable law. Where required, we will obtain consent before sending marketing communications and will include sender identification, contact information, and an unsubscribe mechanism in such communications.
